The acquisition involves Southern Health Foods Private Limited, a health foods manufacturer from Tamil Nadu with operations spanning over 2 decades.

Its flagship brand, Manna, has established a presence in health-focused packaged foods, particularly across millet-based staples, mixes, drinks, and baby food.

The transaction expands Reliance Consumer Products Limited’s foods and staples portfolio, which includes brands such as Udhaiyam, Independence and SiL.
