As of March 31, 2026, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) are significant shareholders in Rajesh Exports.

The Promoter and Promoter Group of Rajesh Exports hold a majority stake of 54.55%. Key promoters include Rajesh Jasvantrai Mehta, with 12,18,03,049 shares (41.25%), and Prashant Jasvantrai Mehta, with 3,71,62,425 shares (12.59%).

The public holds 45.45% of the total shares in Rajesh Exports. This includes domestic institutions, non-resident Indians, and resident individuals.
