
Prestige Estates Projects Limited has announced substantial growth in its operational performance for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The company achieved its highest-ever sales and collections, reflecting robust demand and effective execution.
During Q3 FY26, Prestige Estates recorded pre-sales of ₹4,183.6 crore, a 39% increase year-on-year. For the nine months, pre-sales surged to ₹22,327.3 crore, up 122% compared to the previous year. This remarkable achievement underscores the strong demand for the company's offerings across key markets.
The sales volume for Q3 FY26 was 2.99 million sq. ft., and the cumulative sales volume for 9M FY26 reached 16.95 million sq. ft. The company sold 1,811 units in Q3, bringing the total units sold in 9M FY26 to 8,598.
The geographical sales mix was diverse, with Mumbai contributing 36%, Bengaluru 25%, Hyderabad 16%, NCR 16%, Chennai 5%, and Kochi 2% of total sales during the quarter. The average realisation during the quarter was ₹14,459 per sq. ft., reflecting a 6% year-on-year growth.

Collections for Q3 FY26 were ₹45,475 million, showing a 40% year-on-year growth. For 9M FY26, collections reached ₹1,32,833 million, marking the highest collections in any nine-month period for the company.
During Q3 FY26, Prestige Estates launched 5.02 million sq. ft., bringing total launches in 9M FY26 to 23.83 million sq. ft. The cumulative GDV of residential launches during this period was ₹1,96,190 million.
Leasing in the office portfolio during Q3 FY26 stood at 0.56 million sq. ft., with occupancy over 95% as of December 31, 2025. The exit rentals from the office portfolio for FY26 are expected to be ₹8,286 million.
The retail portfolio saw total mall footfalls of 5.2 million during Q3 FY26, with a gross turnover of ₹7,015 million, reflecting a 14% year-on-year growth. Occupancy across the retail portfolio remained robust at over 99%.
