The company has also fixed the record date for determining eligible shareholders who will receive the dividend, subject to approval at its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The board of Polycab India has recommended a final dividend of ₹47 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each for FY26. This translates to a 470% dividend payout.
The company has fixed June 19, 2026, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend.
If approved by shareholders at the company's 30th AGM, the dividend will be paid after June 30, 2026, after applicable tax deductions.

Polycab continued to strengthen its position in the organised wires and cables market during FY26.
The company is estimated to have increased its market share to around 30–31%, compared with 26–27% in FY25. Its market share stood at about 19% in FY19, highlighting its strong growth over the years.
However, margins were impacted during the quarter due to product mix changes, lower exports and higher contribution from institutional projects.

Polycab India share price (NSE: POLYCAB) was trading at ₹9,663, up 1.77% or ₹168 on June 9, 2026. The stock opened at ₹9,502 and touched an intraday high of ₹9,688, while its low for the day remained at ₹9,502. The company's market capitalisation stood at ₹1.46 lakh crore, with a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 54.61.
