PNC Infratech Limited has been debarred from participating in any bids for the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), or their executing agencies for a period of 3 years, as per the exchange filing.

This follows a regulatory intimation issued by the company on September 14, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

NHAI Debarment Order

The debarment stems from an official letter received by the company from the NHAI on September 11, 2026.

The letter extended the 3-year debarment of Awadh Expressway Private Limited, a concessionaire promoted by PNC Infratech, to the company itself.

This action restricts PNC Infratech from participating in any bids related to MoRTH, NHAI, or their executing agencies.

Operational and Financial Impact

Despite the debarment, PNC Infratech has stated that this restriction will not affect its going concern status or its current ongoing projects.

However, the company has indicated that the financial impacts of this debarment will be disclosed at a later date.

This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the information becomes publicly available.

PNC Infratech Share Price Performance

As of September 15, 2026, at 10:19 AM, PNC Infratech share price on NSE was trading at ₹140.32 down by 20.00% from the previous closing price.

Conclusion

PNC Infratech's 3-year debarment from NHAI bids, effective from September 11, 2026, extends the restriction initially placed on Awadh Expressway Private Limited. The company assures that its ongoing projects remain unaffected, with financial impacts to be disclosed later.
