On August 4, 2026, Pidilite Industries Limited announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.
The company reported a total income of ₹4,643.55 crore and net profit of ₹883.51 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
Pidilite Industries reported a 21% year-on-year increase in total income, reaching ₹4,643.55 crore, compared to ₹3,838.81 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Additionally, there was a 27.3% quarter-on-quarter rise from ₹3,648.16 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
Pidilite Industries also saw a significant increase in its net profit for the June 2026 quarter. The net profit rose by 30.3% year-on-year to ₹883.51 crore, up from ₹678.13 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
When compared to the March 2026 quarter, the net profit increased by 51.2% from ₹584.15 crore.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, Pidilite Industries reported a total income of ₹14,867.01 crore. The net profit for the fiscal year stood at ₹2,470.72 crore, reflecting the company's strong financial performance over the year.
The company's double-digit revenue expansion was strongly anchored by an aggregate Underlying Volume Growth (UVG) of 11.3% at the consolidated level.
To protect corporate profitability, tactical price increases were systematically taken across all product categories to counteract rising input costs.
However, the business felt the inflationary impact of the ongoing West Asia geopolitical crisis, which led to minor contractions in gross margins.
The standalone gross margin contracted by approximately 90 basis points year-on-year to settle at 52.5%, while the consolidated gross margin contracted by roughly 70 basis points over the prior year to settle at 53.3%.
An operational analysis of Pidilite’s core standalone retail divisions reveals that the Consumer and Bazaar (C&B) segment remains the primary engine of corporate turnover.
The C&B business division, which handles retail brands like Fevicol, M-Seal, Fevikwik, Dr. Fixit, and Araldite, recorded a revenue of ₹3,458.00 crore.
This marks a strong 22.5% growth pace compared to the ₹2,824.00 crore logged in the same period last year, backed by a robust segment-specific UVG of 12.2%.
The segment Profit Before Interest and Tax (PBIT) rose 24.7% to reach ₹1,127.00 crore, while the PBIT margin improved to 32.6%.
The industrial product categories also demonstrated stable market demand from commercial operations, manufacturing infrastructure projects, and export channels.
The Business to Business (B2B) division, which delivers specialized industrial adhesives, resins, and organic pigments, grew by 16.0% to generate ₹821.00 crore in revenue.
This expansion was driven by a segment underlying volume growth of 7.3%. The PBIT for the industrial division jumped 29.2% year-on-year to hit ₹170.00 crore from a baseline of ₹131.00 crore, expanding the segment PBIT margin by 220 basis points to finish at 20.7%.
