According to the company, the revised approach is expected to materially reduce balance sheet and credit-related risks while improving the scalability and accessibility of student financing. The company also said that the future strategic direction of FinZ Finance would be decided at a later stage, subject to board and regulatory approvals.
The latest available shareholding pattern for the quarter ended March 2026 shows that the promoters held 72.30% of the company, unchanged from the previous quarter.
During the quarter, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) reduced their stake to 11.56% from 12.40%, while domestic institutional investors (DIIs) increased their holding to 13.46% from 12.75%. Meanwhile, the public shareholding increased marginally to 2.68% from 2.57%.
