If approved, the company plans to pay the dividend within 30 days of its declaration.
Wipro has announced an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share with a face value of ₹2.
The company has fixed July 27, 2026, as the record date to identify eligible shareholders. The interim dividend is expected to be paid on or before August 14, 2026.
The record date is the date on which a company checks its shareholder records to identify investors eligible for the dividend.
The ex-dividend date is the first trading day when buyers of the stock are not eligible to receive the upcoming dividend. Since India follows the T+1 settlement cycle, investors must purchase shares at least one trading day before the record date to qualify.
