On September 16, 2026, Park Medi World Limited announced that Aggarwal Hospital and Research Services Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Park Medi World Limited, has signed a management agreement with Axis Educational Society, as per the exchange filings. 

Agreement Details with Aggarwal Hospital 

Aggarwal Hospital and Research Services Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Park Medi World Limited, has signed a management agreement with Axis Educational Society.  

This contract places a 300-bed multi-super speciality hospital in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, under the company's control for 28 years. 

The subsidiary will pay a revenue share of 6% of total collections to Axis Educational Society, subject to applicable taxes.  

The agreement includes a minimum guaranteed amount of ₹20,00,000 per month, inclusive of GST, during the first year, with the same baseline for subsequent years plus GST. 

Hospital Facility and Operational Model 

The hospital spans approximately 1.2 lakh square feet and is scheduled to be fully commissioned by the end of the current financial year.  

Park Group will operate the facility on a capital-efficient, asset-light basis, with the management agreement effective no later than April 1, 2027.

Regional Expansion and Strategic Goals 

Kanpur is a key commercial hub in an underserved healthcare market. This expansion aims to increase operational bed capacity in Uttar Pradesh.  

The transaction does not involve related party transactions, ensuring an arm's length agreement.  

It aligns with Park Group's strategy of building high-density healthcare facilities via asset-light models. 

Park Group's Scale and Leadership 

Park Group is North India's second-largest hospital chain, managing 17 hospitals with 4,300 beds. Ongoing plans will eventually elevate the group's capacity to approximately 6,600 beds.  

Dr. Ankit Gupta is the Managing Director leading the parent healthcare enterprise.

As of September 16, 2026, at 11:43 AM, Park Medi World share price on NSE was trading at ₹279.80, up by 0.23% from the previous closing price.
