Meanwhile, the Optics and Optronic Systems business maintained stable growth, contributing ₹59.76 crore in revenue against ₹55.08 crore in the year-ago period.

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for FY26, double the ₹0.50 dividend declared in the previous financial year.
Paras Defence also completed the divestment of its 58.02% stake in Ayatti Innovative Private Limited during the quarter as part of its strategy to focus on core high-growth verticals in defence and space technology. The company also continued its ESOP 2024 programme to retain engineering talent in the aerospace and defence sector.
