The net profit also saw a substantial 152.3% QoQ growth from ₹155.60 crore in the March 2026 quarter.

For the financial year 2026, Paradeep Phosphates Limited reported a total income of ₹21,972.92 crore. The net profit for the year stood at ₹996.35 crore, reflecting the company's strong financial performance over the year.

The company achieved these results despite prevailing global volatile trends, notably driven by the Middle East conflict which led to a sharp escalation in international raw material prices.
PPL successfully mitigated these pressures by leveraging its deep-rooted supply chain efficiencies, rapid sourcing diversification strategies, and widespread PAN India marketplace distribution network.
Managing Director and CEO N. Suresh Krishnan highlighted that integrated operational agility allowed their plants to run at highly efficient capacities while safely securing raw inputs in a globally competitive manner.

Strategic Capex Approved: PPL to Diversify into Speciality Industrial Chemicals
To reinforce long-term stakeholder value and minimize subsidy dependence, PPL is steadily diversifying its production footprint.
The company confirmed that its major Phosphoric Acid expansion project (Phase 1) at the Paradeep facility remains fully on track to boost output from 500,000 MTPA to 700,000 MTPA.
Furthermore, the Board officially approved a fresh strategic investment proposal of ₹250 crore to establish a brand-new Aluminium Fluoride (AlF3) plant at Paradeep.
This chemical facility will convert manufacturing by-products into high-value specialty products, establishing a strong, non-subsidy industrial chemical asset portfolio for the future.
