The diamond category delivered 29% value growth and 26% volume growth, supporting a retail stud ratio increase to 10.9%.
Gold retail sales surged by 54% in value with stable volumes, while the silver segment witnessed a 131% jump in value.
Additionally, the newly launched lightweight brand, LiteStyle by PNG, achieved a high stud ratio of 32.9%.
Risk Mitigation and Future Footprint Expansion Strategy
To protect its earnings stability from volatile global commodity movements, the company increased its gold hedge coverage to approximately 70%.
Management intends to scale this coverage beyond 80% in the near term, with a long-term goal of hitting full inventory hedge coverage.
