
Organic Recycling Systems Limited (ORSL), a technology-driven waste valorisation and bioenergy company, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with SLPP Re-New LLP to jointly explore opportunities in India’s fast-growing Compressed Bio-Gas sector. The collaboration aims to strengthen the development of scalable and high-efficiency bioenergy projects across the country.
Under the agreement, SLPP Re-New LLP will serve as the preferred partner for advanced membrane-based biogas purification technologies. ORSL will lead project execution by leveraging its end-to-end Technology, Engineering, Procurement and Construction capabilities, along with Operations and Maintenance expertise.
The partnership will enable the integration of advanced purification systems into comprehensive CBG plant solutions, ensuring improved efficiency, operational reliability, and lifecycle management. Both companies plan to jointly bid for government and private sector projects, offering integrated solutions aligned with India’s clean energy transition and waste-to-fuel initiatives.
The collaboration reflects ORSL’s strategy to build strong technology alliances and expand its engineering capabilities. By combining technological innovation with execution strength, the companies aim to contribute to India’s renewable energy goals and promote circular bioeconomy models that convert waste into sustainable fuel.

On February 26, 2026, Organic Recycling Systems share price opened at ₹247.00. At 11:18 AM, the share price touched its day’s high at ₹247.50 on the BSE.
