Organic Recycling Systems Limited (ORSL), through its Bioenergy Project Development and EPC vertical, has secured a large-scale order from Shreyam Manek Agro Products Pvt. Ltd for setting up an Integrated Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) and biofertilizer facility in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh.

The proposed plant is designed to produce 10 tons per day (TPD) of CBG using agro-based feedstock. The project is part of a broader integrated modern gaushala initiative, aimed at converting organic waste into renewable energy and value-added by-products.

Scope of Work and Execution Model

Under the contract, ORSL will undertake equity participation and deliver end-to-end EPC services. The scope includes detailed engineering, technology integration, supply of critical equipment, civil construction, installation, and commissioning of the facility.

This turnkey execution approach highlights ORSL’s integrated capabilities in bioenergy infrastructure development, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to sustainability standards.

Expansion Plan Across Madhya Pradesh

The Damoh project forms part of a larger strategy to deploy 10 similar integrated bioenergy projects across various locations in Madhya Pradesh. The overall investment outlay for these projects is estimated at ₹500–600 crore over the next three years.

As per order classification norms, contracts valued between ₹50–100 crore fall under “Large-Scale Orders,” positioning this project within a significant revenue category for ORSL.

The initiative is expected to enhance regional resource efficiency, promote sustainable agricultural practices, and contribute to India’s clean energy transition by enabling innovative utilisation of organic feedstocks.
