
Olectra Greentech Limited reported financial performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
On a standalone basis, revenue from operations stood at ₹65,440.42 lakh in Q3 FY26, compared with ₹50,683.45 lakh recorded in the same quarter last year.
Total income for the quarter, including other income, rose to ₹65,785.93 lakh, compared with ₹50,857.17 lakh in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, standalone revenue from operations reached ₹1,63,901.03 lakh.
On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations during Q3 FY26 stood at ₹66,359.99 lakh, rising from ₹51,536.64 lakh in the corresponding quarter last year. Total income for the quarter increased to ₹66,710.44 lakh, compared with ₹51,758.49 lakh a year ago.
For the nine-month period ended December 2025, consolidated revenue from operations grew significantly to ₹1,66,744.68 lakh, reflecting expansion in business volumes and improved execution across group operations.
Standalone net profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹4,711.90 lakh, compared with ₹4,630.57 lakh in Q3 FY25, indicating steady profitability despite cost pressures and financing expenses. For the nine-month period, standalone net profit rose to ₹12,229.09 lakh.
At the consolidated level, net profit for Q3 FY26 came in at ₹4,667.66 lakh, compared with ₹4,661.71 lakh in the year-ago quarter. Consolidated profit for the nine months ended December 2025 improved to ₹12,213.74 lakh, supported by higher operational scale and improved business contributions.
On February 3, 2026, Olectra share price (NSE: OLECTRA) opened at ₹1,133.00, touching the day’s low at ₹1,051.90, as of 12:03 PM on the NSE.
