Ola Electric Mobility has received in-principle approval from the stock exchanges for its proposed Rights Issue of up to ₹1,000 crore. The approval was received on October 6, 2026.  

The company’s Board will meet on October 7 to consider the details of the proposed fundraising. The issue will involve partly paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.  

Board To Decide Key Issue Terms 

The Board meeting will cover the main terms of the Rights Issue. This includes the issue price, payment mechanism and rights entitlement ratio. 

The company has not yet finalised these details, with the Board scheduled to consider and decide on them at the meeting.  

Rights Issue Follows Exchange Approval 

The in-principle approval received on October 6 follows the company’s earlier communications regarding the proposed Rights Issue.  

The October 7 Board meeting will now take up the remaining decisions connected with the fundraising.
