Oberoi Realty Share Price in Focus; After It Gets Relief on Maiden Gurugram Project

Oberoi Realty has received an update on its Three Sixty North project in Gurugram after the Director, Department of Town and Country Planning Haryana (DTCP), passed an order on August 13, 2026, as per the exchange filings.
The order came after Advance India Projects Limited had sought cancellation of the project's licence and the approval allowing Oberoi Realty to become the developer. DTCP has now rejected that representation.
DTCP Upholds Oberoi Realty's Licence
DTCP said that Licence No. 69 of 2025, dated May 12, 2025, and the June 17, 2025, order approving the change of developer in favour of Oberoi Realty are legally intact.
The representation filed by Advance India Projects Limited seeking cancellation of the licence, parent licences and change of developer approval was rejected.
Restriction on New Allotments Ends
The development also removes the restriction that had been placed on further allotments and creation of third-party rights in the project.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court had imposed the restriction in its July 7 order until the complaint before DTCP was decided. With the latest DTCP order, that restriction has ceased to operate.
What Happened Earlier?
The issue started after Advance India Projects approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court. In its July 7 order, the court had asked the Director of Town and Country Planning to decide the complaint after hearing the concerned parties.
Until the complaint was decided, the court had directed that no further allotments be made and no new third-party rights be created in the project.
Three Sixty North Project Not Under Construction Stay
Oberoi Realty had earlier clarified that the court order did not stop construction at Three Sixty North. The company had also said that sales already completed were not affected by the order.
With the latest DTCP decision, the company has now said that the earlier restriction on further allotments and creation of third-party rights is no longer in force.

The DTCP order removes the restriction that had stopped fresh allotments and creation of new third-party rights in Three Sixty North. Oberoi Realty's licence and change of developer approval have also been upheld.
