Nippon Life India Asset Management Share Price in Focus on Q4 FY26 Earnings Results: Net Profit up 28.8% YoY

Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited has reported a significant increase in its total income for the quarter ending March 31, 2026.
The company’s total income rose by 19.6% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹705.20 crore, compared to ₹589.58 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Nippon Life India Asset Management Financial Performance in Q4 FY26
In the March 2026 quarter, Nippon Life India Asset Management achieved a net profit of ₹384.72 crore, marking a 28.8% increase YoY from ₹298.60 crore.
However, the net profit saw a slight decline of 4.8% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹403.90 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
The company’s consolidated total income rose by 19.6% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹705.20 crore, compared to ₹589.58 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
For the fiscal year 2026, the company’s total income increased by 16.4% YoY to ₹2,933.07 crore from ₹2,520.72 crore.
The net profit for FY26 also rose by 18.9% YoY to ₹1,529.38 crore from ₹1,286.39 crore.
Dividend Announcement and AGM Details
The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹12.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
This brings the total dividend for FY26 to ₹21.50 per equity share, including an interim dividend of ₹9.00 distributed in November 2025.
The record date for the final dividend is set for June 26, 2026, with payment commencing from July 10, 2026. The 31st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 8, 2026.
Employee Stock Option Scheme and Stock Grants
Nippon Life India AMC has approved the 'Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026' (ESOS 2026) and amendments to previous stock option plans.
The company also granted 3,87,448 stock units under the 'Performance linked Stock Unit Scheme 2023' at ₹10.00 per unit and 15,96,475 stock options under 'ESOP 2023' at ₹898.04 per option.
Leadership Changes
Mr. Sundeep Sikka has assumed the role of Managing Director and CEO for a new 5-year term starting April 22, 2026.
Additionally, Mr. Hironao Kunita has been appointed as an Additional (Non-Executive) Director, while Mr. Kosuke Kuroishi has resigned.
Mr. Saugata Chatterjee has been appointed as the Deputy CEO, and Mr. Mohit Shetty will succeed Mr. Rajesh Derhgawen as CHRO from June 1, 2026.
