Market breadth appeared mixed, with select stocks driving the gains. The index remains below its 52-week high of 19,224.95 but well above its 52-week low of 14,084.30.
Among the top performers, BLS surged 9.54% to ₹294.00, emerging as a major gainer. AEGISVOPAK also rallied 9.47% to ₹230.74. TRIDENT gained 5.56% to ₹26.95, while PCBL advanced 4.19% to ₹318.40. CREDITACC rose 3.52% to ₹1,331.20, adding further strength to the index. These gains indicate renewed investor interest in select smallcap counters.
