Nestlé India Share Price Gains Over 3% After Q1 FY27 Earnings Results: Total Income Up 25.5% YoY

On July 22, 2026, Nestlé India Limited reported its un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.  

The company reported a total income of ₹6,400.65 crore and net profit of ₹958.68 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.  

Nestlé India Q1 FY27 Earnings Results 

Nestlé India saw a 25.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase in total income, reaching ₹6,400.65 crore, compared to ₹5,100.33 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.  

However, this figure represents a 5.4% decline from the ₹6,766.24 crore recorded in the March 2026 quarter. 

Nestlé India's net profit for the June 2026 quarter rose by 48.3% YoY, amounting to ₹958.68 crore, up from ₹646.59 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.  

Despite this growth, the net profit saw a 13.7% decrease from the ₹1,110.90 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter. 

Financial Year 2026 Overview 

For the financial year 2026, Nestlé India's total income stood at ₹23,194.95 crore, while the net profit was ₹3,499.08 crore. These figures reflect the company's performance over the entire fiscal year. 

Dividend Announcement 

On July 3, 2026, the Board of Directors declared a Special Dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share, with a face value of ₹1 per share. This distribution amounts to ₹3,856.6 million, drawn from the company's retained earnings.  

The Special Dividend will be paid from the residual balance of ₹8,374.3 million, reclassified from the General Reserve in accordance with a Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Hon'ble NCLT on September 15, 2023.

Dividend Payment Details 

Nestlé India also announced a final dividend of ₹5.00 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, amounting to ₹9,641.6 million, approved at the Annual General Meeting on July 3, 2026. 

The Special Dividend 2026, along with the final dividend, will be paid on and from July 30, 2026. These dividends reflect Nestlé India's commitment to returning value to its shareholders. 

Nestlé India Share Price Performance 

As of July 22, 2026, at 11:29 AM, Nestlé India share price on NSE was trading at ₹1,498.20, up by 3.19% from the previous closing price.
