The company's net profit for the June 2026 quarter increased by 4.0% YoY, reaching ₹99.96 crore compared to ₹96.14 crore in the same period last year.
Additionally, this figure represents a 7.4% rise from the ₹93.05 crore net profit recorded in the March 2026 quarter.
For the fiscal year 2026, Nesco Limited reported a total income of ₹1,031.59 crore. The net profit for the year stood at ₹412.74 crore, reflecting the company's overall financial performance for the year.
A deep dive into segment performance shows that the Reality division continues to be the largest top-line driver, contributing ₹98.39 crore to segment revenue.
The Foods division registered an impressive increase to ₹57.68 crore from ₹47.01 crore last year.
Meanwhile, the Bombay Exhibition Center vertical brought in ₹44.62 crore, and the Indabrator segment generated ₹11.11 crore.
On a consolidated level, the group financial statements remained perfectly aligned with its standalone business. Consolidated revenue from operations was reported at ₹211.80 crore, and total consolidated income reached ₹255.40 crore.
Total consolidated expenses stood at ₹128.36 crore, clearing the path for a consolidated profit before tax of ₹127.04 crore.
The consolidated profit after tax for the period concluded at ₹99.96 crore, translating to a non-annualised basic and diluted earnings per equity share of ₹14.19. The total comprehensive income attributable to the owners of the holding firm was pinned at ₹100.05 crore.
During the quarter, Nesco successfully unwound its Right of Use Assets and Lease Liabilities after surrendering certain premises previously held under a long-term lease agreement. This financial unwinding resulted in a net gain of ₹11.22 crore.
The management chose to reallocate and account for this windfall directly under 'other income' inside the Way-Side Amenities operating segment.
