
NBCC (India) Limited has expanded its project portfolio with fresh work orders totalling ₹289.39 crore.
The new assignments, awarded by NALCO and SAIL Bokaro, strengthen the company’s presence across industrial and township development projects, highlighting steady business momentum.
NBCC’s largest new assignment comes from NALCO, valued at ₹255.50 crore. The project covers extensive planning, designing and execution activities across NALCO offices and townships.
The scope spans civil and electrical works, water supply systems, horticulture activities, structural repairs, dismantling of existing buildings, construction of new facilities and the development of civic amenities.
The comprehensive nature of the contract underscores NBCC’s role as a multidisciplinary project management consultancy partner.
A 2nd work order, worth ₹33.89 crore, has been received from SAIL Bokaro. The project involves desilting of Cooling Pond #1, covering both hot and cold water chambers.
This specialised assignment aims to support operational efficiency at the industrial facility and further diversifies NBCC’s ongoing project mix across core infrastructure assets.
