
NBCC (India) Limited has concluded a large residential sale through an electronic auction, generating over ₹1,000 crore in value from projects located in Noida and Greater Noida.
Through the e-auction, NBCC (India) Limited sold a total of 417 residential units with an aggregate sale value of approximately ₹1,045.40 crore.
The units were sold across 2 projects: Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida (West), covering Tower Nos. 7 and 8, and Aspire Silicon City Phase IV in Sector 76, Noida, covering Tower No. 05. The sale was completed as part of Sub-Package 4 and executed in the normal course of business.
NBCC will receive a marketing fee equivalent to 1% of the total sale value from the transaction. The successful closure of the e-auction adds a sizeable inflow linked to residential inventory monetisation across the 2 projects.

As of December 30, 2025, at 11:51 AM, NBCC (India) Limited share price is trading at ₹121.10 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.81% from the previous closing price. Over the past month, the stock has gained by 2.62%.
The sale of 417 homes for about ₹1,045.40 crore underscores NBCC’s progress in monetising residential inventory through e-auctions across its Noida and Greater Noida developments.
