NBCC (India) Ltd has completed the sale of commercial built-up space at Bharat Business Park in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, through an e-auction. The transaction covers around 14 lakh sq ft and has a total sale value of about ₹5,779 crore, as per an exchange filing.
The company will receive a marketing fee of 1% on the sale value, as per the terms of the transaction. The project is part of the government’s broader redevelopment plan for South Delhi colonies.
In addition to the larger auction, NBCC has emerged as the highest bidder for a commercial tower within the same project. The bid value is reported at around ₹1,374 crore.
The tower forms part of the commercial component of Bharat Business Park, which has been positioned as a mixed-use development with office and retail spaces.
The bidding outcome indicates continued participation in commercial assets linked to redevelopment projects.
Separately, NBCC has received a ‘no objection’ from the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) to initiate the merger of HSCC (India) Ltd with itself.
The approval was communicated through an office memorandum dated 16 April 2026. HSCC is a wholly owned subsidiary of NBCC, and the merger process will follow existing government guidelines.
HSCC operates in project management and consultancy, including healthcare infrastructure. The proposed merger is expected to bring these operations directly under NBCC.
The development relates to internal restructuring, alongside ongoing project execution and asset monetisation activities.
