
NBCC (India) Ltd on December 16, 2025, announced that it has received work orders with a combined value of about ₹345.04 crore, excluding GST.
The contracts were awarded by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi and Kandla Special Economic Zone and were received in the ordinary course of business.
The larger order, valued at around ₹332.99 crore, has been awarded by IIT Mandi. NBCC has been appointed as project management consultant for planning, design and development works at the institute’s campus in Kamand, Himachal Pradesh.
The scope includes construction of academic blocks, residential housing with 2 BHK and 3 BHK units, and a student activity centre. The project also covers development of a sports complex and other related infrastructure works within the campus.
As per the disclosure, the assignment relates to project management consultancy services. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any promoter or group interest. NBCC has stated that the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
No specific execution timeline has been disclosed for the IIT Mandi project. The work is part of NBCC’s regular business activities, according to the company.
NBCC has also received a separate order worth approximately ₹12.05 crore from Kandla SEZ. This contract relates to day-to-day annual maintenance services and is scheduled for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
The maintenance work includes manpower and material support for housekeeping, horticulture, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and civil works. It also covers services related to air conditioners, dish antennas, mosquito management, CCTV cameras and networking systems.
Additional services include maintenance of hygiene systems, lifts, solar installations, diesel generators and fire-fighting vehicles. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party considerations.
As of December 17,2025, 11:06 am, NBCC (India) share price was trading at ₹110.14 on the NSE, a 1.38% decline from the previous close.

The orders together amount to about ₹345.04 crore and were awarded by domestic entities. The IIT Mandi project accounts for most of the value, while the Kandla SEZ contract covers time-bound maintenance work.
