
NBCC (India) Limited has announced the receipt of new project management consultancy contracts in the ordinary course of business.
The company informed stock exchanges that it has been awarded work orders with a combined value of around ₹62.62 crore, excluding GST. The projects involve construction and renovation activities for government entities.
NBCC has received two separate work orders. The first contract, valued at approximately ₹6.39 crore, has been awarded by NHPC Limited. It involves the construction of residential rooms above Blocks II and III at NHPC’s regional office in Narwal, Jammu, along with partial dismantling of the existing ground floor to facilitate the new construction.
The second contract, valued at around ₹56.23 crore, has been awarded by the Higher Education Department of the Government of Odisha. This project covers construction and renovation works across five state public universities under the GSU of the PMUSHA scheme.
Both contracts fall under project management consultancy services and have been awarded by domestic entities. NBCC confirmed that these orders are part of its normal business operations. No specific execution timelines were disclosed in the filing.
The company also clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding bodies. Additionally, the contracts do not fall under related party transactions.
The announcement was made in compliance with SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. NBCC has also made the details available on its official website as part of ongoing statutory disclosures.
NBCC shares were trading at ₹97.72 on the morning of 28 January 2026, compared with a previous close of ₹96.84. The stock opened at ₹97.88 and moved between ₹96.91 and ₹98.19 during the reported session.
