NBCC Share Price in Focus; Bags ₹144.98 Crore Work Orders From NEEPCO, SAIL, ED and DVC

NBCC (India) Limited has received work orders worth around ₹144.98 crore, excluding GST, from multiple organisations. The company disclosed the orders in an exchange filing dated September 15, 2026, and said they were received in the ordinary course of business.
The seven orders cover project management consultancy, construction, repair, maintenance, renovation and furnishing work. The projects are located in Meghalaya, Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal.
NEEPCO Township Project
The North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) has awarded NBCC a ₹11.21 crore order for project management consultancy services for a township project in Umsawli, Mawdiangdiang, Shillong, Meghalaya. The work covers the project from the concept stage to commissioning.
The township is being developed on 21.66 acres of land acquired by NEEPCO. NBCC had earlier intimated ₹130.58 crore for the project on 29 April 2025. The latest amount is the difference between the revised value of ₹141.79 crore and the earlier ₹130.58 crore.
Four Orders From SAIL
The Steel Authority of India Limited’s Bokaro Steel Plant has awarded NBCC four orders. One involves comprehensive repair, upgrading and maintenance of 500 residential quarters in Bokaro Steel City Township, valued at ₹9.05 crore.
Another order, worth ₹55.91 crore, covers external repair and painting of 654 building blocks in Sectors 2, 3, 8, 9 and 11 of the Bokaro Steel Plant township.
The other two SAIL orders are each worth ₹23.48 crore. Both relate to construction of 250 x 30 sq m sheds with revised 25-tonne EOT crane facilities at the MM-Stores Department.
Other Work Orders
The Enforcement Directorate’s Bhubaneswar Zonal Office has awarded a ₹5.86 crore order for interior renovation and furnishing work. DVC has placed a ₹15.99 crore order for construction of an officer’s dormitory building at Mayabazar, DTPS, Durgapur.

NBCC (India) Share Price Performance
As of September 16, 2026, 11:47 am, NBCC share price was trading at ₹80.92, a 0.29% increase from the previous closing price.
Conclusion
The orders total ₹144.98 crore, excluding GST, and cover projects for NEEPCO, SAIL, the Enforcement Directorate and DVC. The company has classified all the orders as domestic business.
