On a standalone basis, Navin Fluorine achieved a total revenue of ₹730.52 crore. Standalone net profit after tax stood at ₹190.64 crore.
Total operating expenses for the standalone entity reached ₹475.68 crore, with raw materials and material consumption making up ₹297.02 crore.
Employee benefits costs required ₹62.43 crore, while finance costs rose sequentially to ₹4.88 crore from ₹2.80 crore.
Strategic Capital Expenditure and Business Expansion
The board of directors approved a capital expenditure of ₹90.00 crore for its Surat manufacturing unit. This investment will establish adoption capacities to progress the company's Advanced Materials portfolio from laboratory scale to commercial validation.
The expansion will be funded entirely via internal accruals and is scheduled to be completed by Q2 FY2027-28. It acts as a primary driver to incubate future growth verticals.
