Mahindra & Mahindra Auto Sales Performance for July 2026: Vehicle Sales Surge by 26%

On August 1, 2026, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. reported a 26% increase in overall auto sales for July 2026, reaching 1,03,860 vehicles, including exports, as per the exchange filings.  

This growth reflects robust demand across its diverse portfolio. 

Utility and Passenger Vehicles Sales 

In the Utility Vehicles segment, Mahindra sold 60,048 units domestically, marking a 20% growth. Total utility vehicle sales, including exports, amounted to 60,887 units.  

These figures also encompass sales from Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited. 

Commercial Vehicles and Export Performance 

Domestic sales for Commercial Vehicles reached 25,204 units, a 23% increase. Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) under 2 Tons grew by 40% with 3,870 units, while LCVs between 2 to 3.5 Tons saw a 21% rise, totalling 21,334 units.  

Three-wheelers, including electric variants, surged by 53% to 14,538 units. Exports increased by 47% to 4,070 units. 

Farm Equipment Sales: Tractor Growth 

Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Business reported domestic tractor sales of 32,643 units in July 2026, a 21% increase from July 2025. Total tractor sales, including exports, stood at 34,420 units, with exports rising by 3% to 1,777 units.

Trucks & Buses Business Overview 

Sales in the Trucks and Buses segment, including exports, reached 3,009 units, reflecting a 19% growth. The Mahindra Trucks & Buses division (MTBD) saw a 27% increase to 1,406 units, while SML Mahindra Limited's sales rose by 12% to 1,603 units. 

Mahindra & Mahindra Share Price Performance  

As of July 31, 2026, at 3:30 PM, Mahindra & Mahindra share price on NSE was closed at ₹3,398.50, up by 3.50% from the previous closing price.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. achieved a 26% increase in overall auto sales for July 2026, totalling 1,03,860 vehicles. Utility vehicle sales grew by 20%, commercial vehicles by 23%, and tractor sales by 21%, with exports rising by 47%.
