The real estate developer hit significant growth benchmarks across its primary residential residential business tracks. Residential pre-sales grew by 106% year-on-year to reach ₹925.0 crore, corresponding to a saleable area of 0.60 million square feet.
Total consolidated sales combining residential and integrated cities (IC&IC) developments touched ₹966.0 crore, backed by ₹527.0 crore in residential cash collections.
Furthermore, the firm expanded its upcoming portfolio by securing ₹5,600.0 crore in Gross Development Value (GDV) additions within the Mumbai region.
The Board of Directors finalized multiple corporate transitions and compliance changes during their executive session on July 23, 2026. The leadership team approved the formal allotment of 31,000 new fully paid-up equity shares under the company's Employee Stock Options Scheme 2012 (ESOS - 2012).
