The company's net profit (PAT) for the June 2026 quarter stood at ₹183.45 crore, reflecting an 8.9% YoY increase from ₹168.50 crore in the previous year.
Compared to the March 2026 quarter, where the net profit was ₹135.67 crore, there was a 35.2% QoQ rise.
For the financial year 2026, LT Foods Limited reported a total income of ₹11,023.06 crore. The net profit (PAT) for the same period was ₹625.38 crore, showcasing the company's robust financial performance over the year.
The consolidated operational expenses grew in tandem with the expanded business scale, totaling ₹2,912.29 crore for the quarter under review.
The cost of raw materials consumed represented the largest share of expenditures, standing at ₹1,637.86 crore, while purchases of stock-in-trade accounted for ₹397.40 crore.
Other key overheads included employee benefits expenses at ₹179.97 crore, finance costs at ₹40.28 crore, and administrative other expenses at ₹486.14 crore.
On a standalone basis, total expenses were clocked at ₹1,081.70 crore, with direct raw material costs comprising ₹743.55 crore of the aggregate figure.
The company continued its international expansion strategy during the quarter by incorporating a new wholly-owned subsidiary under the name of LT Foods Australia PTY Limited on June 23, 2026.
In parallel, the management highlighted an ongoing legal matter concerning an insurance claim asset of ₹134.11 crore relating to a historical fire incident at the premises of its subsidiary, Daawat Foods Limited.
Following a District Court decree in favor of the subsidiary, the insurance firm deposited a total of ₹265.04 crore (inclusive of interest) which has been held as a liability by the group as the first appeal remains sub-judice before the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
Backed by robust legal opinions, the group evaluates the current carrying value of the asset as completely appropriate and fully recoverable.
