Lemon Tree Hotels Share Price in Focus; Subsidiary Fleur Hotels Completes ₹120 Crore Mumbai Land Acquisition

Fleur Hotels Limited, a material subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, has completed the purchase of a land parcel in Bandra (East), Mumbai, as per an exchange filing.
The company completed the registration of the Deed of Conveyance and other documents on September 24, 2026. Fleur Hotels had disclosed the proposed acquisition on September 18, 2026.
₹120 Crore Consideration
The land parcel measures around 989.30 square metres. The total consideration for the acquisition is ₹120 crore, excluding stamp duty and registration charges.
The transaction was entered into with Asara Co-Operative Housing Society Limited, Nine Dimensions Housing LLP and others. Lemon Tree Hotels said the parties are not related to its promoter, promoter group or group companies.
The transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
172-Key Hotel Planned
Fleur Hotels plans to use the land for a Lemon Tree Premier hotel. The proposed property is expected to have around 172 rooms and suites and is planned as an upscale full-service hotel.
The property is to come up in Bandra (East), along the Western Express Highway and next to Bandra Kurla Complex. The proposed facilities include rooms and suites, all-day dining, a fitness centre and a swimming pool.
Business and Leisure Segments
The company said the hotel is planned for business travellers, MICE, leisure, and social segments. The Bandra development will be Lemon Tree Hotels’ seventh property in Mumbai and its first development in the Bandra area.
Existing Hotel Network
Lemon Tree Hotels operates more than 130 hotels across over 80 cities in India and abroad. The company has more than 140 properties in its upcoming pipeline and operates seven brands across different hospitality segments.
The group said it started with a 49-room hotel in 2004 and has since reached more than 270 operational and upcoming properties.
Lemon Tree Hotels Share Price Performance
As of September 25, 2026, 10:50 am, Lemon Tree Hotels share price was trading at ₹105.31, a 1.32% decrease from the previous closing price.
Conclusion
The ₹120 crore land transaction has now been completed by Fleur Hotels. The acquired site is intended for the development of a 172-key Lemon Tree Premier hotel in Bandra (East), Mumbai.
