
On July 28, 2026, Larsen & Toubro Limited released its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.
The company reported a total income of ₹70,318.47 crore and net profit of ₹4,982.85 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
In the June 2026 quarter, Larsen & Toubro reported a total income of ₹70,318.47 crore, marking an 8.1% increase from ₹65,035.70 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
However, this figure represents a 16.6% decrease from the March 2026 quarter's total income of ₹84,340.75 crore.
In the June 2026 quarter, Larsen & Toubro's net profit (PAT) rose to ₹4,982.85 crore, reflecting a 15.2% year-on-year increase from ₹4,325.57 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Despite this annual growth, the net profit experienced a 21.1% decline from the ₹6,317.53 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter.
For the full financial year 2026, Larsen & Toubro's total income stood at ₹2,91,635.04 crore, while the net profit (PAT) was recorded at ₹19,159.40 crore.

The infrastructure major secured group order inflows worth ₹108,014 crore during the quarter, representing a 14% increase compared to the same period last year.
This growth was driven by significant wins across segment projects including Residential & Commercial buildings, Heavy Engineering, and Offshore Wind.
International orders led the surge at ₹60,702 crore (56% of total inflows), pushing the total consolidated order book to ₹778,954 crore.
Alongside financial performance, L&T’s Board of Directors approved the strategic merger of its wholly owned subsidiary, L&T Power Development Limited, into the parent company to simplify corporate structures, centralise pending litigation, and reduce regulatory compliance overheads.
In alignment with its strategic Lakshya 2031 plan, L&T realigned its reporting segments to sharpen operational agility.
Under this structural revamp, the Infrastructure & Utilities segment registered a substantial order inflow of ₹44,357 crore, while its customer revenue marginally dipped by 3% to ₹21,858 crore due to execution headwinds in the water treatment business.
The newly formed Energy - Green segment brought in ultra-mega offshore wind orders worth ₹33,042 crore, while the restructured Technology, Platforms & Services segment posted robust customer revenues of ₹14,627 crore, highlighting strong portfolio resilience amid global macroeconomic volatility.
As of July 29, 2026, at 9:47 AM, Larsen & Toubro share price on NSE was trading at ₹3,976.60, up by 3.77% from the previous closing price.
