L&T Share Price in Focus; Signs 6-Year EPC Framework Agreement with Petroleum Development Oman

Larsen & Toubro's (L&T) Energy Hydrocarbon Onshore business has entered into a 6-year Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Framework Agreement with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), one of Oman's leading oil and gas companies, as per the exchange filings.
The agreement expands the long-standing relationship between the two organisations and positions L&T to participate in upcoming engineering and construction opportunities in the country.
Selected for Future FEED and EPC Projects
As part of the framework agreement, L&T has been selected as one of four EPC contractors eligible to participate in PDO's future Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and EPC projects during the six-year period.
The company said it will leverage its integrated engineering and execution capabilities, global project experience, and innovation to support PDO's future project requirements.
Focus on Local Capability Development
L&T said the agreement also aligns with its commitment to support In-Country Value (ICV) development in Oman.
The company plans to contribute by creating opportunities for local suppliers, subcontractors and service providers while continuing to strengthen local capabilities as projects progress.

L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Onshore delivers integrated Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) solutions across the upstream, midstream and downstream hydrocarbon sectors.
Its global project portfolio includes refinery expansions, petrochemical complexes, gas processing plants, LNG terminals, fertiliser plants, and cross-country pipeline projects.
