
Krystal Integrated Services Limited has secured a major facility management contract valued at approximately ₹364 crore from Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation Limited. The agreement involves delivering housekeeping, security and related support services across multiple government healthcare institutions in the state.
Under the contract, Krystal will provide services to medical facilities operating under several state health departments. These include institutions managed by the Directorate of Medical and Rural Health Services (DMRHS), Directorate of Medical and Rural Health Services for ESI, and organisations functioning under the Commissionerate of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy.
The services will be delivered through an outsourced facility management framework aimed at supporting operational requirements across these government healthcare centres.
The project has been awarded for a period of three years, during which Krystal Integrated Services will be responsible for managing operational support functions at the designated medical institutions. The contract was received through a formal letter of intent issued in March 2026.
The order strengthens Krystal Integrated Services presence in the facility management and healthcare support segment, which includes housekeeping, security and integrated operational services for large institutional clients.
As of 13 March 2026, at 2:33 PM, Krystal Integrated Services Limited share price is trading at ₹580.30 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.81% from the previous closing price. Over the past month, the stock has declined by 7.34%.
