KRBL Limited posted a consolidated net profit of ₹259 crore for the July-September quarter of FY27, against ₹172 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations increased 14% to ₹1,727 crore from ₹1,511 crore in Q2 FY26.

The company’s total income stood at ₹1,768 crore, compared with ₹1,541 crore a year ago. The results were filed along on November 2, 2026. KRBL reported that quarterly revenue was the highest recorded so far.

Margins and Operating Performance

Gross profit for the quarter increased to ₹609 crore from ₹450 crore, with the gross profit margin moving up to 34.5% from 29.2%. EBITDA rose 45% to ₹373 crore, compared with ₹257 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The EBITDA margin stood at 21.1%, against 16.6%.

Profit before tax increased to ₹349 crore from ₹233 crore. Tax expenses were higher at ₹90 crore, compared with ₹60 crore in Q2 FY26. KRBL noted that the improvement in gross margin was due to price increases, a better sales mix and higher other income. Higher proportionate other expenses partly affected EBITDA.

Domestic and Export Business

The domestic business reported revenue of ₹1,390 crore, excluding power, registering a 33% increase from the year-ago quarter. KRBL's domestic sales growth came from higher volumes and realisations.

Export revenue, however, fell 31% year on year to ₹297 crore. The company attributed the decline to lower shipments to the Middle East. As of September 2026, its market share stood at 36.2% in general trade, 39.6% in modern trade and 41.1% in e-commerce.

H1 FY27 Results

For the first half of FY27, revenue from operations increased 4% to ₹3,223 crore. EBITDA rose to ₹745 crore from ₹482 crore, while net profit increased to ₹520 crore from ₹323 crore.
