Additionally, this represents a 28.6% decrease from the March 2026 quarter, where the net profit stood at ₹162.97 crore.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, KPIT Technologies reported a total income of ₹6,540.67 crore. The net profit for the fiscal year was ₹637.37 crore. These figures provide a comprehensive view of the company's annual financial performance.
Geographically, the UK & Europe market emerged as the primary growth engine for the group, generating the largest individual segment revenue of ₹884.40 crore during the quarter.
The Rest of the World (RoW) operations followed closely, bringing in customer revenues of ₹788.65 crore, while the Americas division contributed ₹513.69 crore to the global revenue pool.
Alongside financial tracking, the Board of Directors reconstituted its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee by inducting Dr. Nirmala Pandit as a fresh member to enhance demographic diversity and long-term stewardship.
Following the untimely demise of co-founder and Chairman Mr. S. B. (Ravi) Pandit, the company implemented critical executive transitions to guarantee organizational stability and leadership continuity.
Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Anant Talaulicar has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board for a period of one year.
Concurrently, the board approved the induction of promoter Dr. Nirmala Pandit as an Additional Non-Executive Director for a three-year tenure.
