
KPI Green Energy has demonstrated robust financial growth for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
The company has reported significant increases in both total income and net profit, reflecting its strong operational performance.
In the March 2026 quarter, KPI Green Energy's consolidated total income surged by 40.2% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹810.20 crore, up from ₹577.80 crore in the same period last year.
This also marks a 19.8% increase quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹676.05 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
The net profit for the March 2026 quarter rose by 49.2% YoY to ₹155.48 crore, compared to ₹104.18 crore a year ago, and increased by 23.6% QoQ from ₹125.80 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the full fiscal year 2025-26, KPI Green Energy's total income grew by 56.2% YoY, reaching ₹2,741.52 crore, up from ₹1,755.16 crore in the previous year.
The net profit for FY26 also saw a substantial increase of 56.6% YoY, amounting to ₹509.24 crore, compared to ₹325.28 crore in FY25.

The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share and a special dividend of ₹0.15 per equity share, totalling ₹0.40 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.
This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The special dividend is in recognition of the successful energisation of the 1 GW Independent Power Producer (IPP) project.
