KPI Green Energy Share Price Falls Over 7% After Q1 FY27 Earnings Results: Total Income Up 15.6% YoY

On August 11, 2026, KPI Green Energy Limited released its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.  

The company reported a total income of ₹709.82 crore and net profit of ₹94.63 crore for the June 2026 quarter.

In the quarter ended June 30, 2026, KPI Green Energy Limited recorded a total income of ₹709.82 crore. This figure represents a 15.6% increase compared to the income of ₹614.12 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous year.  

However, when measured against the preceding quarter ending March 31, 2026, the income shows a decline of 12.4% from ₹810.20 crore. 

The company reported a net profit, or Profit After Tax (PAT), of ₹94.63 crore for the June 2026 quarter. This reflects a 15.0% decrease on a year-on-year basis compared to the ₹111.32 crore recorded during the same period in 2025.  

Additionally, the net profit for the June 2026 quarter is 39.1% lower than the ₹155.48 crore achieved in the March 2026 quarter. 

Annual Performance for FY26 

For the financial year 2026, KPI Green Energy Limited reported total income amounting to ₹2,741.52 crore. During this same fiscal period, the company recorded a net profit of ₹509.24 crore. 

Operational Footprint 

The renewable power enterprise expanded its clean energy installation base to 1.87 GW. The company is currently managing a pipeline of 5.07 GW under active construction. 

The firm expanded its operations by establishing a new solar site footprint in Rajasthan. Total power evacuation infrastructure readiness increased significantly to reach 5.10 GW capacity. 

Strategic Progress 

The corporate group aims to scale its cumulative green portfolio to exceed 10+ GW by 2030. The independent power producer segment currently forms 17% of the total revenue mix. 

International business development advanced through a 5 GW clean energy memorandum with Botswana. Subsidiary Sundrops Energia is also executing a containerised storage data center project in the UAE.
