Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has received new orders and notification of awards worth approximately ₹3,526 crore, as per an exchange filing dated 14 August 2026. The orders have been received in the normal course of business.
Orders Across 3 Segments
The new business covers 3 areas in India. These include an EPC order for an industrial plant, orders in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) business, and residential building orders. The company did not disclose the individual value of the orders in the release.
Domestic T&D Orders
KPIL said the awards include a significant order in the domestic T&D market. The company operates in power transmission and distribution as part of its engineering and construction business. The new order adds to its order intake in the segment during FY27.
Industrial Plant and Residential Projects
The Buildings and Factories (B&F) business has received an EPC order for an industrial plant from an Indian client. It has also secured repeat orders for residential buildings from developers in India. The company said these orders form part of the latest ₹3,526 crore additions.
FY27 Order Intake Crosses ₹11,000 Crore
Following the latest awards, KPIL’s year-to-date order intake for FY27 has crossed ₹11,000 crore. The company noted that the additions would contribute to its future business activity. No further project-wise financial details were provided in the announcement.

KPIL has operations across power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, water supply and treatment, railways, oil and gas infrastructure, urban mobility, highways and airports. Its operations span 75 countries.
In FY2026, the company reported revenue of ₹27,143 crore and had more than 250 projects under execution across over 30 countries.
