Just Dial has released its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company reported a total income of ₹458.93 crore, marking a 7.9% increase compared to the same period last year as per the report on exchange filings.  

Additionally, Just Dial has announced significant changes in its management team, effective from July 2026. 

Just Dial Q1 FY27 Earnings Results 

In the June 2026 quarter, Just Dial's total income rose to ₹458.93 crore, reflecting a 7.9% year-on-year increase from ₹425.17 crore in June 2025.  

Quarter-on-quarter represents a 29.0% rise from ₹355.86 crore in March 2026.  

The net profit for the quarter increased by 4.1% year-on-year to ₹166.22 crore, up from ₹159.65 crore in the previous year.  

Compared to the March 2026 quarter, net profit surged by 66.2% from ₹100.00 crore. 

Annual Financial Overview for FY26 

For the financial year 2026, Just Dial reported a total income of ₹1,547.72 crore. The net profit for the year stood at ₹497.02 crore, showcasing the company's financial stability and growth over the year. 

Management Changes Announced 

Just Dial's board has approved the appointment of Mr. Dinkar Ayilavarapu as the Chief Executive Officer (designate) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 10, 2026.  

He will officially assume the role of CEO from August 1, 2026, succeeding Mr. V.S.S. Mani, who will complete his term as Managing Director and CEO on July 31, 2026.

Resignation and New Appointment in Finance 

Mr. Dinesh Taluja has resigned as Non-executive Director, effective from the close of business on July 10, 2026.  

Subsequently, he has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 11, 2026. The board meeting discussing these changes commenced at 7:30 p.m. and concluded at 8:20 p.m. on July 10, 2026. 

Just Dial Share Price Performance 

As of July 10, 2026, at 3:30 PM, Just Dial share price on NSE was closed at ₹564.05, up by 3.19% from the previous closing price.
