On August 7, 2026, JK Tyre & Industries Limited released its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per the exchange filings.   

The company reported a total income of ₹3,955.66 crore and net profit of ₹44.09 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. 

JK Tyre & Industries Q1 FY27 Earnings Results  

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the total income reported by JK Tyre & Industries Limited reached ₹3,955.66 crore. This figure represents an increase of 1.7% when compared to the income of ₹3,890.57 crore recorded for the same period in the previous year.  

However, the income shows a decrease of 6.5% on a quarter-on-quarter basis, declining from ₹4,232.83 crore reported for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. 

The company net profit, referred to as profit after tax, stood at ₹44.09 crore for the June 2026 quarter. This reflects a decline of 73.0% compared to the net profit of ₹163.35 crore achieved during the June 2025 quarter.  

Furthermore, the net profit decreased by 75.2% when measured against the ₹177.96 crore profit reported for the preceding quarter ending March 31, 2026. 

Annual Performance for FY26 

The financial reports also detailed the performance metrics for the full financial year 2026. For FY26, the total income of JK Tyre & Industries Limited was recorded at ₹16,384.28 crore. The net profit after tax for the same annual period was stated at ₹775.90 crore. 

Corporate Investment Announcement 

JK Tyre & Industries Limited announced an equity investment on August 7, 2026. The company's Board of Directors officially approved the strategic transaction during a meeting that concluded at 1:25 PM. 

The approved transaction involves acquiring 26% of the total equity share capital of STTY RE Banmore Limited. This equity purchase will successfully turn the target business into an associate company. 

Target Entity Background 

STTY RE Banmore Limited was originally incorporated as STFN RE Limited on March 10, 2025. The firm later modified its corporate identity to its current name effective July 8, 2026. 

The target entity operates within the Indian solar energy power generation industry. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, it reported nil turnover, a net worth of ₹0.0038 crore, and a loss after tax of ₹0.0062 crore. 

Transaction Structure Details 

The transaction constitutes a related party transaction since the target is a subsidiary of promoter group constituent Sago Trading Limited. The Audit Committee cleared the deal on an arm's length basis. 

The total cost of acquisition is ₹1.38 crore, which will be settled entirely via cash consideration. The transaction does not require any regulatory approvals and will finish within 90 days.

As of August 07, 2026, at 2:20 PM, JK Tyre & Industries share price on NSE was trading at ₹397.20, down by 3.88% from the previous closing price.
