
ITCONS E-Solutions Limited has secured a new government contract from the Department of Defence Research and Development’s Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) under the Ministry of Defence. The agreement relates to the deployment of specialised manpower resources to support the agency’s operational requirements.
Under the contract terms, the company will deploy 70 personnel to the Aeronautical Development Agency as part of manpower outsourcing services.
The engagement is scheduled to commence on April 4, 2026, and will remain valid until April 3, 2027, unless both parties mutually agree to extend the contract period.
The order has been awarded by a domestic government entity, and the services fall within the company’s manpower outsourcing segment.
The total value of the contract stands at ₹2,81,02,314.24, inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes.
The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, informing stock exchanges about the contract award.
The order does not involve any related-party transactions, and the company’s promoters or promoter group do not have any interest in the awarding entity.

As of March,13,2026, ITCONS E-Solutions share price is trading at ₹3,120.20 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.37% from the previous closing price.
The contract marks another engagement between ITCONS E-Solutions and a government organisation, strengthening its presence in the public sector manpower outsourcing segment while expanding its order book.
