
IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited has entered into a project implementation agreement related to the TOT-18 project following shareholder approval.
IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited has executed a Project Implementation Agreement (PIA) for the TOT-18 project. The agreement has been signed with IRB Chandibhadra Tollway Private Limited.
The entity is a wholly owned special purpose vehicle of IRB Infrastructure Trust, which is an associate of the company.
Under the agreement, IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited will act as the project manager for the TOT-18 project. The arrangement follows shareholder approval received through a postal ballot on 23 March 2026.
The project is being implemented in accordance with applicable regulations governing infrastructure investment trusts in India.
The transaction falls under related party arrangements and has been undertaken in line with regulatory provisions. The project execution structure involves the infrastructure trust and its special purpose vehicle, with the company responsible for implementation oversight.
Such agreements typically define responsibilities related to construction, coordination and execution timelines.
Shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited moved higher in early trading on 25 March 2026. The stock was trading at ₹41.49, up ₹0.86 or 2.12% from the previous close of ₹40.63.
