On September 3, 2026, Inox Wind Limited, a leading provider of wind energy solutions in India, announced the acquisition of a 100 MW turnkey order from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), as per the exchange filings.  

This order, valued at approximately ₹755 crore, includes comprehensive project execution and post-commissioning operations and maintenance services for a period of 10 years. 

Details of the Turnkey Order 

The order from Indian Oil Corporation Limited involves the complete execution of a 100 MW wind energy project. Inox Wind will manage the entire process, from the supply of wind turbine generators to engineering, procurement, and construction.  

Additionally, the company will provide operations and maintenance services post-commissioning. 

This order enhances Inox Wind's customer portfolio, which includes commercial and industrial customers, public sector undertakings, and independent power producers. It reinforces the company's position as an integrated wind energy solutions provider.

Mr. Kailash Tarachandani, Group CEO of the Renewables business at INOXGFL Group, expressed satisfaction with securing the order from Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
