
Inox Green Energy Services Limited has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹600 crore, giving the company flexibility to access capital through a range of eligible instruments, as per the exchange filings.
The approved amount comprises a base issue of up to ₹400 crore and a green shoe option of up to ₹200 crore. The company said the fundraising may be undertaken in one or more tranches.
According to the company, the proposed fund raise may be carried out through equity shares, preference shares, fully or partly convertible debentures, non-convertible debentures with or without warrants, other equity-based securities, or a combination of eligible instruments.
The company said the issuance could be executed through preferential allotment, private placement, Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) or any other permitted method, depending on the final structure.
To take the proposal forward, the board approved convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to seek shareholders' approval for the capital raise.
The board also authorised the IGESL Committee of the Board of Directors for Operations to determine the terms and conditions of the proposed issue. The company said details relating to the type of securities and mode of issuance will be disclosed once they are finalised.

As of 23 July 2026, at 12:00 PM, Inox Green Energy Services Limited share price was trading at ₹192.50 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.51% from the previous trading session.
The board's approval initiates Inox Green Energy Services' proposed ₹600 crore fundraising exercise. The company said the process will move forward after obtaining shareholders' approval, while the final issuance structure and securities will be announced at a later stage.
