Infosys Ltd has completed the migration of NTN Corporation's on-premise SAP Commerce-based e-commerce platform, e-WINGS, to SAP Commerce Cloud 2211, supporting the manufacturer's digital transformation journey, as per the exchange filings.

The project was delivered using Infosys Cobalt, together with the company's SAP Commerce expertise, methodologies, and accelerators, while ensuring uninterrupted business operations throughout the transition.

Cloud Migration Modernises E-Commerce Platform

The migration replaces NTN's on-premise platform with a cloud-based architecture designed to simplify technology management.

The new environment automates version control, streamlines maintenance, and improves the reliability of day-to-day IT operations while enhancing cost efficiencies through cloud adoption.

Digital Foundation Built for Agility

With the new cloud infrastructure in place, NTN can modernise the management of its legacy systems and focus on innovation and new digital initiatives.

The scalable architecture also provides greater operational agility as the company continues its digital growth.

Infosys Strengthens Presence in Japan

Infosys said the project strengthens its footprint in Japan and demonstrates its capability to execute complex enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes with minimal business disruption.

The company said the migration reinforces its focus on helping enterprises modernise critical business systems through cloud-led transformation.

Industry Leaders Highlight Project Impact

Kenji Kitazato, Head of ICT Strategy Department at NTN Corporation, said the migration has "streamlined our IT operations" and established a foundation for future digital growth.

Kishi Hattori, Chief Partner Officer, Partner Ecosystem Success at SAP Japan, said the collaboration shows businesses can modernise commerce platforms "quickly, effectively, and with clear results."

Arun Hoskere, Executive Vice President and Head of Infosys Japan, said the project reflects Infosys' commitment to delivering "agility, operational efficiency, and long-term business value" through cloud-powered innovation.
