IndiGo, India's largest airline had experienced 2 disruptions with its online booking service within a single week, as per The Economic Times news report.   

The latest issue prevented users from searching for flights effectively, advising them to contact the call centre for urgent travel needs.  

Online Booking Services Affected Again  

 The website of Indigo had faced booking difficulties on August 21, 2026, returning "No Data Available" during flight searches. This marked the second disruption in a week, leaving users unable to make bookings online.   

These issues forced the airline to direct customers back to their main page, disrupting the user experience and service reliability. The previous problem on August 19 involved difficulties with the reservation platform. 

Airline's Response to Customers 

The airline advised customers to try accessing the website after some time and apologised for the inconvenience this caused. They also recommended contacting the call centre for urgent travel arrangements. IndiGo committed to resolving these technical problems with its partners as soon as possible.

These disruptions specifically affected flight searches, causing a significant setback for customers attempting to book flights. The error message led users back to the home page without providing the necessary flight details.
