IndiGo Share Price in Focus; CCI Keeps Investigation in Abeyance

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd., the parent company of IndiGo, has informed the stock exchanges that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has kept its investigation against the company in abeyance while considering its commitment application. The regulator has also invited comments, objections and suggestions from stakeholders on the proposal.
CCI Pauses Ongoing Investigation
The company stated that the CCI, through its order dated July 23, 2026, has kept the investigation by the Director General (DG) in abeyance while evaluating IndiGo's commitment application submitted under the provisions of the Competition Act.
Commitment Application Filed Under Competition Act
Following the CCI's earlier order directing the Director General to investigate the matter, the company filed a commitment application under Section 48B of the Competition Act, 2002, read with the Competition Commission of India (Commitment) Regulations, 2024.

Stakeholders Invited to Submit Feedback
As part of the process, the CCI has invited comments, objections and suggestions from stakeholders regarding the company's commitment proposal before taking a decision on the application.

As of July 24, 2026, at 2:26 PM, InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) share price was trading at ₹4,930.50 per share, reflecting a decline of 1.85% from the previous trading session.
