In June 2026, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance reported a Retail Weighted Received Premium (RWRP) of ₹6.23 billion, marking a 6.2% year-on-year growth.
The Annualised Premium Equivalent (APE) reached ₹7.95 billion, reflecting a 7.3% increase from the previous year.
Retail APE for June 2026 stood at ₹6.28 billion, showing a 9.6% year-on-year growth.
The New Business (NB) premium for the same month was ₹19.67 billion, with a 13.9% increase compared to June 2025.
For Q1 of FY2027, the company recorded an RWRP of ₹15.38 billion, achieving a 13.4% year-on-year growth. The APE for the quarter was ₹21.36 billion, reflecting a 14.6% increase from the previous year.
Retail APE for Q1 FY2027 amounted to ₹16.46 billion, with an 8.9% year-on-year growth. The NB premium for the quarter was ₹48.66 billion, showing a 21.3% increase compared to Q1 FY2026.
The NB sum assured for June 2026 was ₹1,453.33 billion, indicating a 70.1% year-on-year growth. For Q1 FY2027, the NB sum assured reached ₹4,896.65 billion, with a 31.8% increase from the previous year.
